REFUND POLICY

 

Due to the nature of our products, we don't expect to see overnight results. We want you to see success, but because that typically happens over several months, we do not accept returns for opened products. We're happy to accept returns of any unopened products within 30 calendar days of delivery.

 

Exchange Requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:

- The product is defective

- The product must be in its original packaging

- The product must be unused

In order to ensure the above criteria have been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange. Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.

 

Proof of Purchase

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not do an exchange.

 

Sale and Clearance Items

Only regular-priced items may be exchanged; unfortunately, special sales or clearance items cannot be exchanged.

 

Return Requirements

For returns, please contact us first to send you a return address. Email: support@metrabiosc.com

- All products must be returned in their original packaging and new condition unless already damaged upon original delivery.

- If items were damaged or defective upon original delivery, we will refund or replace your order, including shipping fees.

- Items that are refused or undeliverable are eligible for a refund covering the total amount of products ordered, but the customer will be responsible for both delivery and return shipping costs.

 

After we receive a return, we will inspect the items and issue a refund, replacement, or credit based on the reason for the return and the condition of the products.

 

Please Note:

-Shipping charges are non-refundable and not refunded in the event of a return.

-All returned orders are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

-Open products are final sales only.

-Customers who purchase Redo coverage will have their return labels covered for free.
